Urban Guru @ Mindfulness in the Workplace Event 2017

February 22, 2017

Urban Guru is proud to be partnering with Mind & Matter Events for the Mindfulness At Work Conference, London, 27th - 28th April 2017

Urban Guru is proud to be partnering with Mind & Matter Events for the Mindfulness At Work Conference 2017, an event for business leaders, HR professionals and enlightened managers sharing best practice, evidence and ideas around bringing Mindfulness into the workforce. The focus will be on how to embed mindfulness in the workforce to significantly enhance employee resilience, focus, performance and emotional wellbeing.

Mind & Matter believe that sustained and robust mindfulness practice within organisations can have a significant impact on the well being, resilience and productivity of its workforce. In this VUCA world we live in, we need to look for bold solutions which help employees deal with change, conflict and constant workplace demands. Whilst mindfulness is not a panacea, evidence suggests that it can lift an entire workforce when deployed professionally.

Other partners and sponsors include Harvard Business Review, HRZone.com, People Management and the Society of Occupational Medicine

The event will be held at The Congress Centre, 28 Great Russell Street, London on 27th & 28th April 2017 and just some of the speakers include:
